Our Second Season
It's hard to believe it's over... 8 incredible evenings
of music in Lyons' intimate Rogers Hall; 6 sold-out shows; the historic
Colorado return of Frank Wakefield; Compton, Grier, Uncle Earl,
Hit and Run, Open Road, The Mammals; And of course, the magical
finale, More Pretty Girls Than One. Thanks to the performers, our
many talented volunteers, and all of you for making this second
season such a huge success.

Videos
We threw together 2 short videos from old camera footage.
Lots of great memories...

Now it's time to catch our breath, enjoy the summer
festival season, and start planning for next year.
We'll be filing for federal 501(c)3 non-profit status
over the summer, so your contributions next year will be tax-deductible.
In the meantime, you can support us by purchasing one of our limited
edition Colorado Women in Bluegrass T-shirts. (Call
303-823-6433 or email Info@HighStreetConcerts.com
to place your order.)
If you missed the season finale show,
check out some photos and other goodies on the More
Pretty Girls Than One page. We're sorry we didn't have room
for any more chairs, but the intimacy of Rogers Hall is what makes
this so special. If we had it all to do over again, we'd do it exactly
the same.
We love hearing from you. Send your requests, suggestions,
and gripes to Info@HighStreetConcerts.com.
Thanks to our generous season-long contributors: Izze Beverage Company,
The Stone Cup, Oskar Blues, William L Carlson, Steve Remmert Realty,
Old Lyons Recorder, 8 Days a Week, and the Colorado Bluegrass Music
Society. Without their support, our little volunteer-run concert series
couldn't survive. |
